Paula Korn is the Principle at Creative Consulting for Exploring Space, where she provides projects, reports, and presentations for advancing space exploration - including conceptual planning, development, research, writing, editing and design. Current interests include commercial developments in space, human settlements on Mars, and planetary evolution. Formally trained in Broadcast and Film Production, and with a masters in Educational Technology, she worked at NASA in strategic planning for commercial programs, life sciences, Earth sciences, aeronautics and astronautics. She was later communications lead for a signature division of The Boeing Company, overseeing communication functions in internal and external media, program support, executive presentations, marketing, advocacy and strategic planning. She was also communications director at Sea Launch Company, an international venture providing launch services for commercial communication satellites, where she was responsible for company communications, including corporate, executive and marketing requirements, media relations, presentations, website, exhibitions, branding, advertising and public affairs. She was also producer and host of live launch coverage from liftoff to orbit, transmitted via satellite and streaming video.
