Brazilian born industrialist and venture capitalist, Karoline Starostik is the daughter and granddaughter of Czech immigrants who settled in South America. Ever since a very young age, Ms. Starostik has been passionate about business and philanthropy instilled in her by her industrialist grandparents and parents. At 15 years old she started interning at her family’s industry - Cia. Providencia Indústria e Comércio / KAMI Non Wovens - and moved up the ranks before moving to the USA. As a child, she helped underprivileged children in Curitiba, Brazil through her volunteer work with Associação Santa Rita de Cassia.

Ms. Starostik is the co-founder, director and CEO of Nouvenn Corporation - an Industry 4.0 revolutionary tech company with focus on smart cities, IoT and robust cryptography.

She is co-founder and VC of an industry that manufactures ready-to-drink cocktails with proprietary cups and seals.

Ms. Starostik founded the William Starostik Foundation after her Kate father to aid the elderly in need. She is on the board of Instituto Anami, a chimpanzee sanctuary founded by her grandparents, Milan and Ana Starostik, to protect primates and improve their quality of life after being rescued from captivity. She is currently based in Brazil and Monaco. Her hobbies include playing tennis, swimming, reading, going to rad concerts and Sunday brunches.
